Jan 1 Activity Never Imported from Garmin (Read 21 times)

My run from Jan 1 never showed up over here. I got today's workout fine and thousands of others before that. I ended up entering in manually.

How does one go about troubleshooting this issue? Seems like there aren't many places to check or levers to pull.
