Trishie I've been meaning to email you can you pllleeeaaasse repost your email addy? Good job on the half-marathon... with the time difference like that I'd chalk it up to terrain (meaning hills) you did great!

running until I hit 1900 miles for the year. whether fast or slow I will just run.
