Did a sprint tri today, I messed up my lower back a few weeks ago doing Army stuff that might be called hazing if we had hazing in the Army. I haven't been able to do much of anything for workout or training for about three weeks so today's race was more a case of "suck it up and survive" than really race but I felt OK about it.
Goal: 3 2 1more sprint tri this spring/summer and 2 Internationals in the fall--Half iron spring 2012
