    What is the general consensus in heading to the gym to use the bike or ARC trainer on an easy run day. I ran 35 minutes today but am trying to get in 60 minutes of cardio 5-6 days/week so am hoping to head to the gym after lunch.
      I did 30 minutes on the Arc yesterday, followed by a scheduled 3 mile run. Felt GREAT afterward. My personal feeling is that one day per week as a complete rest day, but because I am still running 12-15 miles a week for now, I do lots of extra cardio to help with my weight loss/fitness goals as well as build up cardiovascular endurance. Smile
