I am lucky, I am pretty local - I plan on rolling out of bed early and driving over there. I agree with OJO, I think the race director is really overstressing the traffic situation to people, perhaps to ensure a timely start. I emailed one of the pacers who has run it several times and he said the parking is usually not that bad. Take it with a grain of salt, YMMV

At least he'll keep dry from the rain they are predicting!

Supposed to be around 60 with 60% chance of rain after 8 a.m.

That doesn't sound too bad.
