I have run a few marathons and many halfs. This is the first year that i feel healthy (solid bse of miles) and pain free. How can I take it up a notch? Also, I tend to cramp late in a marathon. I hydrate like crazy before the race and during the race. Are there supplements that I can take?

Well, it's hard to say without more information. How much do you run now? What are your goals? As for the cramping issue, when do you cramp? Where do they occur? I've found that cramps often come from pushing too hard, and not from the lack of supplements.
I'd be curious if you are getting any salt (electrolyte) intake during your long races, whether from sports drink, gels or otherwise.
