Anatomical Arch Supports-Placement, Help (Read 2087 times)

Hello All, I am a 4 week old runner, getting into the sport. I swapped some older x-training sneakers for some running ones. A very light Nike Air Running Sneaker with Footbridge ans W.A.R.P tech. Inside the box came a bag with "Anatomical Arch Supports". My question is: Where do i put them? The come with adhesive trips, but honestly is this for my mid-foot arch or for the heel. Even a pic would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Paul
