Crossed this off my list today with a 42:50 run. This was a big leap in my running improvement (previous best was 46:30 5 years ago). I will need more endurance training to get sub 40 - which of course is the next goal
Goals: 20:00 5K, 3:30 Marathon, Finish Marathon, 4:00 Marathon, Finish IronMan, 45:00 10K
great job smashing your PR! sub 45 is a goal of mine in my newly resurrected running career (over 55 AG) as well. good luck as you move towards sub 40
