>General Running>Funny signs you have seen during a race
Before Saturday's Soldier Field 10, while waiting for my corral to start, I looked over and saw this sign:
HAVE YOU POOPED YET?
It reminded me of several other signs I have seen on the sidelines, such as

RUN AS IF YOU'RE BEING CHASED BY CLOWNS
SMILE IF YOU'RE NOT WEARING UNDERWEAR
RUN? I THOUGHT YOU SAID RUM.
What signs have you seen during your races?

I saw "Chuck Norris never ran a marathon." during the 2012 Twin Cities Marathon. I smiled, which prompted the holder of the sign to yell, "Do it for Chuck!"
It wasn't a sign, but a spectator said this at the the top of a down hill we were about to run down. It was an out and back course so we had to run up the hill at the end of the race:
"We're going to start digging, so when you get back it will be down hill for you!"
maybe you had to be there....
