How to record the workout? (Read 417 times)




    I would like to know the method to record my workout.


    For example,


    Dumb bell - Five Groups  - Each Group Push 30lb

    push up     - Two Groups - Each Group contains 10.

      In your log, use the "new weights entry" for workout type.

      If you need two entries, use 2 entries, one per exercise type unless it lets you add multiple activities in one entry.
