Hi Everyone,
I have taken a break from running (except for a couple of runs) for past 4 months for cancer treatment. I want to get back into running (for the exercise and for stress relief) with goal of doing some spring or summer 5k races. I have 3 more lower doses of maintenance chemo over next 7 weeks and finished my radiation a month ago.
I was wondering, anyone else have experience running after or during chemo/radiation? What was your experience like? How long did it take for you to feel you had stamina back? Did you find any foods helped with energy?
