Chicago Marathon "Set a New PR" Plan (Read 76 times)

I'm running a marathon the first week in May, and so I had to quickly come up with a fifteen-week marathon training plan. I found this one online when I hit the Googles:

It seems reasonable enough for me. I've run three previous marathons, one using Higdon's beginner plan, and the other two using Hudson's Marathon 1 plan. Right now I'm trying to break four hours. My one concern is that it doesn't have any 20+ milers on the schedule, though I suppose I could work one or two in if I wanted. As anyone used this plan or any of the other Chicago Marathon sponsored plans? Anyone have any thoughts on this? I've been running for about  3.5 years, and I don't really consider myself experienced enough to know the difference between a "good" plan and a "bad" plan. Though I suppose the only way to really find out the answer to that is to see how the  race goes...
