Ha! *tries to think of male equivalent and ends up mildly nauseated*
Okay, today was experiment number 1: running "commando". (Felt weird just WRITING that....what if my mom decides to suddenly become interested in reading about running and finds this site and recognizes me.) Wore a pair of mid-thigh lycra champions with a cotton crotch liner on my 10 miler. So....chafing seems less, but these shorts def have their own set of, um, problems. Pictures WILL NOT be forthcoming. Let's just say my dh was a bit too interested in my running attire.
Think I'll go to Dick's SPORTING goods website and see what they have in running shorts.
Avoid anything with cotton. Try the underwear that patagonia makes (the moisture wicking variety). Use some body glide in the areas that have problem as well.
