    i saw this when i go to workouts>view run. i see it at the bottom. thanks

      i did find an online calculator, which you just put in your distance and time, and it does it. but i can't image it's very accurate at all.

          The site uses the "standard" VO2 max formula from J. Daniels and J.R. Gilbert, "Oxygen Power: Performance Tables for Distance Runners" Oxygen Power, 1979. Trent may argue about the name as applied in this context. I agree that it's not accurate unless you are going all out, like in a race.
