Feeling the growl again

Spaniel might take a bottle most of the time, but I do know he's no stranger to jars either.

    Whiskey in a jar-o....yes.

It's okay to hold one bottle in each hand and drink alternately.

Back a long time ago when I was bartending in Scotland, my claim to fame was pairing whiskies with ales.

..and you haven't shared this with us???  It would be a much better use of your time than schooling the village idiot.

There's rarely ever a significant enough supply or selection of cask conditioned stuff, and that's what goes best. That's my main issue with beer now. They're getting the ingredients down now, but not the process. I got used to cask conditioned, and nothing is really the same. Bottle conditioning is acceptable for some beers, but those are meant more for the occasional treat than a quaffing beer.

I will supply the meat, perhaps the scotch.  With some guidance on the ale we could improve the evening all around.

Perhaps a beltane celebration at the farm...

I admit I had to google that, but absolutely...bring your masking tape and prepare to get crazy.

I suppose we could do a Burns Night as well. It's hard to do real haggis anymore in a commercial environment in the U.S. due to rules about serving organs. It'd still be awfully cold to drink outside as well.

Well, if we are lucky I will shortly be shooting something a couple hundred yards behind the house.  You can do what you want with the organs.  As for drinking outside.....grow a pair.

You want to drink outside in January, princess? I'm your huckleberry. Maybe we can even get our resident baby harp seal to come out and do a seminar.

People are lazy. sj is putting out all this useful stuff, and what are you lazy people doing?

Are you using the masking tape? Are you carrying the jars?

                            No. You're at your barstools.

                            Lazy.

More importantly, is bhearn gleaning all this glorious new material????

Damn, I knew I was doing something wrong! I'm a Mormon and don't drink - that MUST be why I can't play with masking tape and magically get faster. I do carry canning jars on my online retail store (won't name it since I don't want to be accused to pushing my jars here) so maybe I'll get some walking... er, I mean running benefit from carrying jars.

Boy, this has been fun. But I'm wasting too much time feeding the troll. I'm a gradate student who has a sociology paper due tomorrow and a thesis proposal to also write. I'll have to let you all continue to feed or not feed the troll. His "logic" is circular and will go nowhere. You ask him to prove his ideas and he says it's easy, just provide me with "x" data and that will prove it. He "proves" his theories with other unproven theories of his own making. Round and round we go.

Really, we should all get off this train. He is too pathetic to continue to poke with sticks. Trying to discuss anything with him just results in a continuation of his instability and insanity. Hopefully he will get back on his meds and go find some locals to harass.
