My iron level for some odd reason is low now.  I still did 10.71 miles today though with no major problems.  I guess I could be faster though if I wasn't so anemic.  Anyhow, last week I had a blood test, and I'm wondering if the results you see below are no big problem or should I be worried about this?

Iron deficiency,  close to, but not to the point of anemia. You need iron to make myoglobin, the molecule in the muscle that takes up oxygen, so low iron can affect you that way, too.

Agree, probably this but then the question is why. Have you had a colonoscopy? You should talk to your doctor about it.

My doctor has talked about it with me.  I already know my problem though is years ago my colon was removed.  I get by with a J Pouch now.  It's rough, but my choices are few.
