I'm thinking of incorporating one of the many green superfood powders into my nutrition plan.
But which one? Really a bewildering array of ingredients to sort through.
I'd be interested in the opinion of my fellow runners who may be using them.

This is what I use and so much more than just GREENS and way more versatile. I use as post workout. Meal or snack on go. Occasional breakfast when blended with frozen berries, banana and yogurt or almond milk
