Group Forums - Email Notification!!!!! (Read 317 times)

I freaking LOVE RunningAhead - keep the good stuff coming ....

One suggestion I would like is being notified via email everytime a forum is update in a group I'm in.  I always am manually checking my self to see when people update - eventually I get tired of it, get sick of manually checking, and tune out - then I miss when people do give updates. Notifications with other forums too (public)?
