I've got a fever...
What do you do when you realize later that day? I always find it doesn't feel 'right' when I finally get around to stretching a few hours after the run.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
Why is it sideways?
Ever have one of those mornings, where you get back from your run, and notice that you are late for work then rush around and forget to stretch?

Every day. I hardly ever stretch. It never seemed to do any good for me... Are there any other non-stretchers out there?

They are all talking about moving slowly into a stretch and holding it for 20 -30 sec. This is a longer time frame than what I used to do. What do others do?
