He’s leaving NOP/Alberto Salazar and moving back to London.

New coach will be Paula Radcliffe’s ex coach/husband, Gary Lough.

    Woop woop!

I liked Radcliffe but...  What are the chances she was a clean athlete?  Leaving one sketchy coach for another?

Fair point. I think every great athlete is looked at suspiciously.

Mo is running the London marathon next Spring at 34 years old and I’m curious to see how it goes. I don’t think he’ll break the WR, but he’s good at racing.

Mo aside, Dewi Griffiths recently debuted with a 2:09.49 at Frankfurt (he's only 26 years old). It'll be interesting to see who breaks Steve Jones' British record first between the two.

Religion is just a contest to see who's got the best imaginary friend.

I wasn’t a runner when Steve Jones was competing, but everything I’ve read about him is greatness!

I haven’t heard of Dewi Griffiths...that is a great debut!  Another Brit to watch is Callum Hawkins...60min half and 2:10 marathon PR.

That 10,000m in last year's Olympics is still one of the best races I've watched.  Umpteen Kenyans trying to gang up on him, tripped by his own buddy, manages to still come from the back of the field to win it.

Yeah and I also loved his 10,000m performance at the World Championships this year...he got tripped up again, but managed to stay on his feet and win!

I've met Paula. I would like to think she was clean. Mo too.
