Well I did my last final long training run before the Philly Marathon...26 miles! This is the 2nd time we did 26 (I run with a Galloway Training group) and this time we shaved off 30 min. Not bad. I def feel ready for the marathon!
Awesome! Just think, you get to eat a whole extra day's food just to even things out!!! Good luck in the marathon.
