Training Plans (Read 175 times)


    Apologies if this has been asked for before... It would be really helpful to me to have the ability to attach comments to the weekly summary (or similar) in the training plan. The purpose of this would be to be able to describe the purpose or focus for that particular week eg Speed week; Strength week; Drop back week etc. This is useful when following the plan, but even more useful when building a plan, especially a long plan where there are a number of phases or periods to the plan and it can be tricky when scrolling through multiple weeks to remember where you are ;-)


    This would be especially useful  for coaches building programs for other people to follow
