Extract a particular run into GPX or FIT format? (Read 19 times)

I'm looking for a way to select a particular run and download the data. I eventually need it in either GPX or FIT format. Anyone know how to do this? The RA data download tool downloads into tab delimited or xml format, plus it downloads the entire running log.
