Hi, I'm John from Mississauga. Last month my 13-year-old son had a running injury. It happened during his training at school. The coach and doc said it's just the common running injury. And there is nothing to worry.
But I'm still not convinced. He still has pain in his knee. It's around the top of the kneecap. He couldn't even walk properly. So I'm thinking about consulting a physio. We all know physio is the best when it comes to running injuries.
Did some research on the web and found a good physiotherapy and massage clinic near my house. But I don't know more about physiotherapy treatment. Like how long it will take, can we do it without affecting his classes? etc. If anyone tried physio before, please share your experiences.
