Thanks, I feel in a few months I will definitely make my first goal, as I am running faster, in short bursts, than I have for a good while. Once I get the appropriate pacing to maximise what I have I think I will be there or there abouts achieving my second goal ( 9 minute miles over 3 miles). But at the moment the stamina is just not there but apparently a little more speed is there (but sprinting speed has still left me for the time being).
