Import notes (Read 102 times)

I use plenty of Health notes and I would like to know if it is posible to import notes and which format I should use.

Thank you for your answer and offer but my situation is a follows. I use Heatlh notes to log my daily rutines with suplements, food, fisio and so on. I have more than one or two entries per day so it is a bit slow to copy each of them, change the date, save, etc. My idea was to load these notes backwards once a week, using an external created file.

It is a pity there is no any uploading too. Do you have any idea about how I can ease this process? Is there any API available?
