Adding Old PRs? (Read 85 times)

    So, this isn't technically a problem...more of a question I can't figure out the answer to.

     

    Is it possible to add PRs to my account from before I started logging on Running Ahead? I'm assuming I could go back in the calendar and add the races when they happened, I'm just wondering if there is a more streamlined way to note the times?

      You do need to add a workout with the basic information -- just the required fields like: date, distance, time,etc. If the workout type=race and if the distance/time are a PR, it will be listed in your PRs.

      Acceptable at a dance, invaluable in a shipwreck.
