No one thinks to go on the internet and say, "you know? I ran into the most normal people during my grocery store trip and I found everything I needed!"
For the last 10 years or so I’ve bought most of my food from the local butcher/fishmonger/greengrocer because it’s better quality and personal. Don’t need to queue, get everything I need and have a chat with the normal owners...and it’s still been pretty much the same. Household stuff I buy from express stores to avoid the queues. It’s a bit more expensive, but worth it as you’re less likely to encounter a nut job compared to shopping at mega stores.

I used to run with an ordinary medical mask. Then I replaced it with a mask with filters, it was easier to breathe. Google them, although the price is sometimes overpriced, there are good options. The material is good, and they look very cool.
