I Never knew I had so many friends... (Read 876 times)

Imminent Catastrophe

I keep getting these greeting e-cards lately. From classmates, friends, family, co-workers, even secret admirers! I never knew I was so popular!
Hi. Class-mate has sent you a greeting ecard. See your card as often as you wish during the next 15 days. SEEING YOUR CARD If your email software creates links to Web pages, click on your card's direct www address below while you are connected to the Internet: http://69.229.127.42/?47d14...blah, blah, blah.....
Yes, I know, it's just the latest virus-spreading tactic, and I don't click on the link. So disappointing...

I love how on classmates.com or reunion.com it seems that EVERY day someone is looking for ME. Yeah, right.... k

I keep getting e-mails from a lonely Russian female named Nikki. Why does she keep e-mailing me? Roll eyes

And am I the only one who gets foreign-language spam? That always cracks me up. Somehow they manage to get through the filters. Glad I don't seem to be getting "bigger penis/bigger boobs" ones anymore--I have no use for either. k

Well, I just got an e-card from "A Worshipper"! Well, now I have a worshipper. I love the internet. How can I resist clicking on that link? BTW my spam filter DID catch the one from "bigpenis29.com". But, 29 what? Is that metric? Zoom-zoom, are you quite sure that you have no use for either of those things? Wink

Well, I've BTDT with the big boob thing...insurance actually paid to make them more proportionate, since I don't have any aspirations of a career in porn. And, as convenient as male genitalia would be when I get a mid-run urge to tinkle, I'm pretty accustomed to the bits I was born with. Smile k

I get them in German. I used a translation program to see what it said and I think it was something about discount enhancement drugs or something like that.
