Yeah, right. Most people here wouldn't know serious running talk if it bit them in the ass. If you're not under 3:00 or 3:30, you're probably not taking running too serious.

Listen Francis, you should lighten up a just a little. We're just having a little fun, and nobody is ridiculing anyone. There have been several new people posting asking for advice, and nobody is making fun of them. I feel it's quite the contrary, everybody gives plenty of great advice, excellent advice in my opinion. This thread is really old and people are just having a little fun with it, that's all.
