How can I directly upload my data from the Garmin 310xt? I use Windows XP and Firefox 3.5

Piece of cake.

If you haven't already installed it for Garmin Connect (blech!), install the Garmin Communicator plug-in.

Then in your training log here on RA, use the "GPS Import" function.

It worked, thanks! I installed the plugin and can use the 'GPS import' function now. Before I was using 'import from file' but this is easier, thanks again!
