>Gears and Wears>Garmin Forerunners are they worth it?
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.
I've got a fever...
Do not bu any of the Forerunners that end in *01. They have inferior sensors. You want one that ends in *05.
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.
Jiggle, jiggle, jiggle.
I already have a HM and don't need it on the Garmin because I wear it more to clock myself and wear the strap only when doing certain training or when racing.
Again, the sensors on the 101, 201 and 301 are bad. The sensors on the 205 and 305 are far better, especially on trails, in cities and in the woods and mountains. The 205 and 305 are also far more ergonomic and smaller on your wrist. With the 305 I have (same sensor the 205 has), I almost NEVER have trouble with reception when running on trails and among hills that make the ones you have in PA look like a savannah

How's it work in PWP? Have you tried it there in summertime with the leaves on the trees? (My old Timex GPS always worked fine in the winter, than got useless in the summer ...)
I would contest this.
