The last time I volunteered at a race I only got one ham sandwich on white bread and a small carton of concentrated orange juice!

Your guess is as good as mine. I live local to that one-hit-wonder band (didn't like them when they were relevant and that cringey "Freshman" song was played near constantly for about 3 solid years on every local radio station. Lead singer now plays acoustical sets in people's living rooms) and it remains a mystery.

Ok that's 4:25 I will never get back (more truthfully, about 20 seconds: 10 seconds to open a window and google "Verve Pipe"; 5 seconds to load the youtube page for The Freshman; 5 seconds of the 4:25 run time to make me glad I don't live in an area where they played constantly for 3 solid years; and five seconds to navigate back here).

If they weren't corrupt, they would let it run for 8 hours and not cut it off at 4:25.
Not even the OP could credibly argue that 8 hours of The Freshman would increase good health.
