Say, I do a loop 5 times is there a way to log it in on the training log that way? I have entered the course on the map. Just wasn't sure!
Yes. When you are logging the new workout, use the Interval Data section for each of your loops. Enter the distance and time for each loop, and these will be aggregated to the total and distance for the log entry.
Seeing it may help, so here's a link one of my workouts which has the intervals entered. (Ignore the details -- it's just an example so you can visualize it)
