Foot Pain (arch) (Read 437 times)

I have been running religiously for two and ahalf years with no injuries until this morning. I am having a dull pain on my arch (outer right side) of my foot. Can anyone recomend a descent arch support, or is this even advisable when running? I usually have alot of pains when running, but they normally don't hang on as long as this one.
