At the end of the day, be happy with where you are and what you've accomplished.

After 8 days of constant pain and discomfort, I went to the doctor. The xray showed the arthritis hasn't spread much, if any, since '99. I got back on the anti-inflammatory and yesterday and today are showing improvement. If I get up feeling good tomorrow (Sat), I'll try an easy run.
I checked out your log and it looks like you're getting some miles in. How're you feeling?
I'm feeling real good right now. A check of my log will show 12 yesterday and another 9 today. I lost some fitness in my 10 days of downtime as my HR/pace aren't like they were a month ago. I'll bounce back in time for a good showing at the Bi-Lo. I'm still seeking that 3:20 marathon.
Good to hear Give it some time, and your HR and pace will be back to where they were.
