Well, I had my second bout with kidney stones last night. I've felt it coming on for a little while, but I was hoping is was something else. But, after cc practice last night I felt the familiar pain. I only had to work at it for about two hours and then passed it. (yeah, I'm sure it's gone. But I was wondering what to do about running. Do I need time off, or should I just continue? I realize I need to rehydrate better, because that seems to be what causes it. Let me know of any experiences, or advice you have.

All I can say is watch what you eat and drink.

I have a bout now and then myself. It seems to run in the family, since I'm your father. If we bump this back to the top, maybe Trent or someone else can give some insight as to when it is O.K. to resume running, etc. Do Flying Monkeys get kidney stones? Just wondered. The rest of you, check out his log. It's not a Scovill, but it's close.
