I've lost 8lbs this month! (Read 682 times)


    It seemed like a couple months ago my weigh loss had been stalling and I was strating to lose confidence in my routine. Earlier it seemed like my body craved food after every run and I'd eat back whatever caloriesĀ I burned and possibly more. Finally it seems like my body has adjusted to not craving so much food after every run and my weight has finally started to drop again. The result has been that I feel lighter during my runs and my recovery time has improved dramtically and in general it feels like a lot less stress being placed on my body compared to before. I hope that because of this I can increase my mileage and it won't be as stressful as previous attempts at mile increases.
