I'm sure this topic has come up already, if someone wants to point me to an old thread...
So I've heard horror stories about dry sockets and such when you come back too soon after your wisdom teeth are removed. I'm asking my dentist about it tomorrow, but I was wondering if anyone heard reliable guidelines for when to come back (pain level/time). Starting tomorrow seems fast compared to what I've heard from other peoples experience but I've felt good so far.
I had the surgery yesterday morning (all 4 at once), and it was relatively clean, (All I've really needed since the surgery is some ibuprofen when I got up this morning), and I'm 20 years old.
