    Hello to all.  My name is Mike.  I have been a runner since 1970 (that's right I am older than dirt -66).  Back in the 70s' and early 80's, I ran 6 marathons and numerous shorter races and was often injured.  I switched to triathlons in the latter 90's and have an Oly Tri scheduled in late June.  that, I plan to train for a marathon with the hopes of qualifying for Boston in 2014.  I have had a gait analysis and use Evolution Running principals.  I went through a 10 year bout with achilles tendonitis and plantar fascits up until 18 months ago.  I am now doing yoga as well as the swimming and biking in hopes of increasing flexibility and strength.   I hope to be a valuable contributor here.
