unsure what workout types are what (Read 611 times)

    I have been running for a while but am just now getting more serious. I am trying to understand how you rate your run etc. interval hill tempo. easy hard First off I do not know what tempo is . And should I say hill when there is just a few hills, Interval I sorta understand. Could you explain this a little more so that I can be doing this right from the start, Thanks Melissa GIRUN
      Use your own discretion. When you learn the types, apply them as you see fit. There is no standard. But if you are just starting, keep everything easy and gradually increase your mileage. More information lies here in wait, if you "search" for it. My suggestion is buy a good running book and learn on your own to start.
