    How do I edit my personal records and post my past races?

    2015 Goals:

    • Sub 25:00 5K
    • Sub 50:00 10K
    • Sub 2:00 Half Marathon
    • Sub Full Marathon

      You can add workouts on the dates of your previous races, the PR page is auto generated from the "Race" workouts that you've created.

        So i feel like an idiot but how do I add a workout? I see the add event but that doesn't give me the option to list my race time or the event. I just want to add the 5k I did over the weekend.

        2015 Goals:

          Just so we're on the same page, start at the Community page (the forums):

           

          Training Log

          Click on New Run Entry (immediately below the Training Log tab)

          Create the "Workout" (which is RA speak for a log entry)

          The activity type = Race.

           

          This will create a race entry, which feeds your PRs.

          I've done my best to live the right way. I get up every morning and go to work each day. (for now)

            Okay so I am making the event now. Where do I write what the course was? I see the route and notes at the bottom. I am in the edit workout entry spot.

              You need to create a course first before you can assign it to a workout.  Click the "New Course" button to the right of the "New Run Entry" button.
