Whoa - what are you doing running in that? Shocked
      Next up: A 50k in ? Done: California-Oregon-Arizona-Nevada (x2)-Wisconsin-Wyoming-Utah-Michigan-Colorado
it was a relay race. believe me if it had been up to me we'd have canceled the whole thing! i got blown into the road a couple of times and the bit along the road by the beach was ridiculous - i was completely covered in sand by the end of it. running with sand in your eyes is not fun.
If i were running Badwater or something like that I'd definitely want a white hat to keep my head cool. I'm not, so i don't feel compelled to wear a hat. I LOVE my SweatVac visor. excellent wicking properties and extremely comfortable.
