HydroTracker - A new Type of Running Watch (Read 62 times)

Lukas Weber

    Hello running community,

I'm a high school senior and for our engineering class my development group is hoping to make a watch that would allow you to know the current level of your hydration and alert you if you ever become dehydrated. I participate in Cross Country for my school and I think this product would be a vital thing for runners and active people to have. Plus this would help more people stay healthy because many American's don't drink enough water daily.

I'm hoping to use the large community to look over our 3 ideas and supply with comments/ feedback of what we could do to make it better.

Well, my first comment would be that the problem with hydration in running is really the reverse.

I don't think I need a watch to tell me when I'm thirsty.
