Unable to drag widgets to Summary Page (Read 19 times)

When I select widgets and try to drag from drop down menu with left mouse button depressed - nothing happens.

I.E.8. Version 8.0.7601.17514

Windows 7, Service Pack 1, 64 bit operating system

Installed Google Chrome - Functions correctly. Thanks
