Email verification (Read 64 times)

I'm having issues with verifying my email address in order to subscribe to threads.

When I click the "Subscribe" button there's a popup telling me "Your email address needs to be verified before new post notifications can be sent via email", with a "verify email" button below (this button doesn't do anything).

In my "account information" page there is a red "Unverified" message next to my email address. I've never gotten an email from the forum, despite checking junk/spam folders.

I have used Chrome 61.0.3163.100 & IE 11.1715.14393.0, both with and without pop-up blockers turned on, as well as the mobile browser Brave (Brave 1.033, based on Chromium 61.0.3163.98) and have seen the same issue with all of them.

ETA: When checking the "subscribe to this topic" button when replying I was able to successfully send an email to verify my account. That said, my account profile still shows that my email is unverified, and I'm not subscribed to this thread.
