Needs more cowbell!
Had the opportunity for my 2nd ever fat bike ride, today. Our LBS friend brought up 2 of the demo bikes for a friend and me to ride. My DH and another friend were on their Mukluks and LBS guy and another friend were on a regular mtn tandem. We found this "sand velodrome." The fatbikes had no trouble doing laps, but a regular mountain bike is hopeless in this stuff. We did 18 miles of mostly sand 2-track, unmarked roads in our neck of the woods. Stuff like this almost makes me never want to move.
