Help - Comments cuts off when I download my log to Excel (Read 31 times)

When I download my log to Excel, it seems to only include the first so many characters or words and cuts off part of my comments on days when I typed a long description. Is there any way to fix this and get the whole comment to move to excel and not just part of it?

First, just to be clear, the log is not downloaded into Excel ... it's downloaded from RA to your local drive in zipped format, unzipped to Tab delimited format (presumably you're using this format). Then you import it into Excel. As far as the comments not being there, hmmm. I do the same and my really long, overly wordy comments are all imported properly. Are you sure they are not really there? They will be imported into a single Excel cell which will appear cut off but if you click on the cell you should be able to read the entire contents of the cell.
