Nah, not gonna do the wait list. It was really cool this year but since it's already full,, BTDT. The old system, where you couldn't register until you were confirmed in Boston, made sense. Too many things going on in late April.

1999 Big Sur was my first and still dumbest marathon.
What? Big Sur seems like a perfect choice for a first marathon.
I'm sure it could be. That it was Big Sur was not the dumb part.
Runners run
I was being a little sarcastic. Big Sur seems a bit hilly for a first marathon although looking at the topo chart maybe it's not as hilly as I thought. I have not run it.
