Importing Data (Read 50 times)

Can I import data from my Tom Tom multisport watch? Can I import data from Map My Run? Is Internet Explorer 9 obsolete as far as Running Ahead is concerned? If importing data is possible how exactly do I do it?

RA does not support the Tom Tom. If you can download your workouts in GPX or FIT format from the Tom Tom site to your computer, you can then upload them to RA.

if you go to Training Log -> Tools -> Import Training Data to RA it will allow you to upload Map My Run files. Of course you need to have downloaded them from Map My Run to your computer first.
